Saladin

Saladin is a game in the "Ready for Battle" series that recreates two famous battles led by the legendary medieval leader Saladin.

In the game, you can experience the historic battles of Hattin and Arsuf, where Saladin faced the Crusader forces led by Guy of Lusignan and, later, Richard the Lionheart.

Each participant controls one of the armies involved: one will lead Saladin's knights, trying to stop the Crusaders' advance, while the other will lead a devastating charge with his own armored troops.

Choose one of the proposed scenarios, place the spears on the battlefield and prepare to give orders. The spears are distributed in "areas", each under the command of a Banner/Leader.

Each turn, you will have to select one of your cards (Banner/Leader) to play. Each card represents a character, tells you the enemy troops you can hit (and those that can hit you) and the actions you can perform, possibly paying a certain number of orders.

Once you have chosen the enemy Flag to attack, you will have to decide which action to take, taking into account your position on the field. Perform the action, apply the effects and turn the card over.

When both players decide to pass, the round ends. The cards are turned over, the spent orders are returned to the reserve, but before the next round, some orders will be lost permanently. If a player runs out of orders, he loses the game.
