Shipping policy

HOW TO ORDER

Choose the products you most want and add them to your shopping cart.
At check-out, choose between IN STORE COLLECTION, LOCAL DELIVERY or SHIPPING anywhere in Italy.
For in-store pickup or local delivery, CHOOSE DELIVERY or COLLECT DAY.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Coverage area for local delivery: City of Rome.
We offer local delivery for orders over 50€ within the coverage area for a charge of 3€. For orders over 100€ local delivery is free. We deliver from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm within two working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of your order confirmation email. We will contact you by text message at the phone number you provided at check-out to let you know the day of delivery.

IN-STORE PICKUP:

You can avoid shipping charges with free local pickup at Warp Trader's location located at 107 Via degli Aceri, Rome. After you place your order and select local pickup during check-out, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 business day. When your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. on the following days: Monday through Friday. When you come to pick up your order, be sure to have the confirmation email with you.

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY:

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will be notified.
Throughout Italy, we offer shipping with a flat rate of €7.99. For purchases over 150€ shipping is free.
Delivery times given are general. They may be delayed due to postal service or courier problems over which Warp Trader has no control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We offer international shipping to EU countries. In EU countries we offer shipping with a flat rate of 12.99€. For purchases over 250€ shipping is free of charge.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status. The tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@warptrader.eu with your name and order number and we will make the necessary checks.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery in case of unused items and in original condition and refund the full amount of the order. Shipping costs in case of return are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@warptrader.eu by sending the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these problems on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
