Delve into the dark depths of the world of Root! This expansion introduces two new factions and an additional game board. Root is an asymmetrical game of adventure and conflict, in which you take command of one of eight factions, all vying to become the sole rightful ruler of the Woods.

Underground Duchy – Persuade your ministers to lead with strength and virtue an expedition that will finally bring order to the chaos that is spreading in the Woods.

Conspiracy of the Corvids – Use cunning and deception and plot to gain control of the Woods by spreading terror among the creatures of the Woods.

Mountain Map – Scale the dizzying rocky peaks and discover new paths in the mountains, control the Tower guarding the Pass and prove yourself a true leader.

Map of the Lake – Travel quickly between coastal clearings using the ferry, taking advantage of your travels to build alliances and meet new friends.
