The setting transports you straight to the Chaos Pharmacy , where the eccentric Doctor Scribbles fills completely illegible prescriptions at breakneck speed. Patients are in a panic, and only you, as the pharmacist, can decipher the incomprehensible scribbles and piece together the names of the medications before time runs out.

Each round is a race against time: the Doctor has only 25 seconds to copy unpronounceable names, while the rest of the group must work together using syllables and visual clues to correctly reconstruct the words. Team communication is crucial, but the pressure builds quickly, and even a small mistake can jeopardize the entire round.

Thanks to simple and immediate rules , you can start playing in just a few minutes, but the challenge increases progressively with 10 levels of increasing difficulty , capable of testing even the most close-knit groups. Penalty cards add further variety and hilarious moments, imposing absurd limitations like writing with only one eye or dictating the recipe aloud.
