The wind is silent. Pale grass grows lush. Lichen forms dim iridescent seals between the cracks in the rocks. Blackened trees twist their trunks and bend their branches as if in natural bows. The Spire pushes through the skin of the world like a pin through curled paper. With each step toward the spire, it twists and warps like a hallucination. It seems infinitely tall, like something in a dream. There is a single silver door, marked by a peacock's eye painted in iridescent sea-green .

This volume collects four adventures for the Forbidden Lands roleplaying game, written by some of the best authors of the genre. Inside, you will find yourself facing a Demon-Queen who rests and dreams, a prison populated by creatures who consider themselves a family, a coven of witches in eternal conflict with each other and the disturbing cemetery of the last Thunder Drake on this earth.
