Cthulhu - The Sorcerer of Salem

United States, early twentieth century. Ancient and from a dark world: they are the Great Old Ones, terrible demons from another dimension. Eons ago, more powerful deities imprisoned them, but one of them has gathered new energies. Currently confined to his magical prison, a pyramid in the sunken city of R'lyeh at the bottom of the sea, his followers have opened numerous magical portals in the city of Arkham to allow him access to our world. Robert Craven, a powerful sorcerer from Salem, has gathered a group of courageous occult experts to fight Evil.

Players must use magical spectacles to discover where the portals have been opened and seal them with powerful spells, without accidentally opening more gates. At first, they do not know which Ancient One is imprisoned in R'lyeh or how to stop it, information they can only gain by consulting the Necronomicon, an ancient tome of demonology.

Thus begins for them an extreme adventure, threatened by terrifying creatures controlled by Necron, the evil wizard, and the sinister shadows of the other Great Old Ones. Will our heroes be able to put an end to the nightmare, or will the Demon rise from the underwater world?
