In his celebrated Sonnets, the author repeatedly refers to an enigmatic figure: the Dark Lady, a woman with whom he seems deeply—and obsessively—in love. But who was she, really? A creature born of his imagination or a real muse who ignited the fire of passion within him? Centuries later, scholars and enthusiasts still debate her identity.
In this deductive game, you will take on the role of an investigator from the past, intent on following the trail of the Brown Lady through the alleys and symbolic places of Elizabethan England.
The Lady moves stealthily along a secret path that changes with each game, ensuring high replayability. It's up to you to deduce her location by exploiting small clues related to the places she passes, develop strategies, and anticipate her movements to unmask her.
During your investigation, you'll collect clue cards , each with characteristics attributable to different possible Ladies. By carefully analyzing the combinations, your goal will be to discover the three unique qualities that define the Dark Lady's true identity and finally solve a mystery suspended between history, literature, and legend.
