Arkham Noir - Case #3: Infinite Depths of Darkness
Arkham Noir - Case #3: Infinite Depths of Darkness
Arkham Noir represents a solitaire card game inspired by the intricate plots of HP Lovecraft and other authors, reinvented in an evocative noir style. Each case it is autonomous and not connected to others.
The essence of the game is to add cards to individual open investigations, creating a Quest Line, in an attempt to solve the intricate mysteries. The ultimate goal is to accumulate five "puzzle" Clues, combining fragments of the Big Picture, before time or sanity runs out.
Each shuffled deck is the start of a unique challenge, with the ability to customize complexity levels to suit different players every level. In "Endless Depths of Darkness" Howard Lovecraft investigates events based on the stories "From the Unknown" (1920), "Nyarlathotep" (1920), "The Dweller of the Dark" (1935) and "The Shadow of the Steeple" by Robert Bloch (1950).
Contains 77 cards and 1 rulebook.
