Arkham Noir - Case #1: The Witch Cult Murders
Arkham Noir - Case #1: The Witch Cult Murders
Arkham Noir represents a solitaire card game inspired by the intricate plots of HP Lovecraft and other authors, reinvented in an evocative noir style. Each case is autonomous and not connected to the others.
The essence of the game is to add cards to individual open investigations, creating a Quest Line, in an attempt to solve the intricate mysteries. The ultimate goal is to accumulate five "puzzle" Clues, combining fragments of the Big Picture, before time or sanity runs out.
Each shuffled deck is the start of a unique challenge, with the ability to customize complexity levels to suit players of all levels. In "The Witch Cult Murders", Howard Lovecraft investigates events based on the stories "The House of Witches" (1933), "The Thing on the Doorstep" (1933) and "The Unspeakable" (1923).
Contains 64 cards and 1 rulebook.
