Deep Shades are formulated to achieve quick and easy shading on small scale miniatures while maintaining an overall matte finish.

They make painting miniature armies easy and efficient, allowing you to work in three simple steps: Base - Deep Shadow - Light. They are formulated with micro-dispersed pigments (less than a micron) in pure acrylic resins to lightly tint volumes and accentuate the contrast of shadows where the color accumulates.

The product has a perfect balance between fluidity and viscosity, the latter higher than that of enamels to facilitate pigment retention in creases and corners, an essential aspect when working on models that usually maintain a vertical position.

They have a perfect grip and resistance, a special formula that avoids bubbles. Once dry, they do not reactivate with water or with their medium. It is recommended not to wet the areas of application to avoid slowing down the drying time.
